Is it a puppy thing where they just flop down on their bellies when they
lay down (legs out and all)? My 5 month old seems to do that all the
time too.

My puppy hates when I try to keep her up all morning.
When your dog gets older, he will have the most thunderous snoring you
can possibly imagine.. he will be sleeping on his little doggie bed on
the floor of your bedroom and you'll wake up in the middle of the night
thinking a gigantic human with sleep apnea snuck into your room and fell
asleep on the floor..

He looks so educated and dignified. This is a dog that reads classic
literature and can tell his Bach from his Mozart. I'd vote this dog into
public office.
Unconditional love
Unconditional love.
Having a dog is honestly the first thing in my entire life that taught me what unconditional love is. I have never felt fully "accepted" as many people put it, but my dog loves me for who I am. He loves me for all my flaws and strong points, and he is ALWAYS happy to see me. When I was depressed, he'd jump all over me an lick my face until I could not stop laughing. He has helped me overcome so many hurdles in my life, simply by being my companion and expecting nothing more than food and love in return. So simple, yet so profound.
